2. Connect your health tracker (optional). Sync a wearable or health tracker to give your clinician additional context on your activity, sleep, and other health data.
3. Book your lab visit to get your blood drawn. Welle analyzes 120+ biomarkers to build a comprehensive baseline of your health.
4. Once your results are ready, schedule a consultation. Your clinician will walk you through your biomarkers and build a personalized health care plan around your goals.
5. Start your care plan. Your care plan outlines specific actions based on your results — this may include lifestyle changes, supplements, or clinician-guided prescriptions where appropriate. Use the daily and weekly check-ins in the app to stay on track.
6. Track, check in, and refine. Welle is built for continuous improvement. You'll regularly check in on your progress, schedule follow-up consultations, and complete routine lab testing to measure how you're responding and refine your plan over time.
