Your telehealth visit is where you'll connect with a Welle clinician to review your lab results and discuss next steps.
Before You Schedule
Make sure you have completed your intake form and lab tests. Once your results are available, you'll be able to schedule your visit.
How to Schedule
- Go to the Home screen
- Select Step 4: Virtual consultation
- Choose a date and time
A Welle clinician is automatically assigned based on availability. You'll receive email confirmations after scheduling.
Keep in mind:
- Visits must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance
- Visits can be scheduled up to 14 days ahead
How to Join Your Visit
- Open your visit details in the app
- Tap Join — this button appears 10 minutes before your visit
Note: your clinician must join before you can enter the session. If your clinician does not appear, reach out to your Welle Care Team.
During Your Visit
Your clinician will review your lab results and discuss next steps. You can use your camera, microphone, and in-session chat, and may leave at any time.
Rescheduling or Canceling
You can reschedule or cancel your visit directly in the app at any time.
