Schedule your initial baseline lab test
After purchasing a Welle membership, please schedule your lab test as soon as possible. Results are typically available within 7 business days.
- Welle Basic members can access clinician notes in the Results module for an overview of their test results, along with a customized health plan with recommendations for optimizing their health.
- Welle Core members can discuss their results directly with their clinicians and share their health goals and expectations, allowing the clinician to tailor their health plan accordingly.
Schedule a routine lab test
You will receive a reminder to schedule an appointment before each cycle. Welle members are retested every 6 months.

On the lab draw date
Your appointment will be scheduled within a 2-hour window, including the draw and travel time. The lab draw itself will take no longer than 15 minutes. After the sample is collected, it will be sent to our lab partner for processing.
During the waiting period for your results:
- First-time lab draw with Welle: You can explore the app, check out helpful articles, start tracking your wearable data, and engage with our AI coach.
- Returning clients: Continue working on your health plan. Consistency is key to achieving the best results, so don’t skip any days.
Receiving your results
Your results will be ready for review no more than 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your test results are available.
