Here's everything you need to know about your lab draw, from ordering to getting your results.
Order confirmation After subscribing to your membership, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your lab test.
Choosing your lab draw option We offer two options:
- Walk-in lab draw at a nearby location — included with your membership
- Mobile lab draw at your home or office — $99
Preparation Fast for 12 hours before your test, avoid alcohol for 24 hours, skip supplements, stay hydrated, and avoid intense exercise. Please have a valid photo ID ready on the day for verification.
Making changes Need to reschedule or cancel? You can do this directly in the app. If you need further assistance, contact our Welle Care Team at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Your results Results will be available in your app within 7–10 business days. You'll then receive a notification to schedule a telehealth consultation with a clinician to review your results and go over your personalized care plan.
Ongoing testing To keep your health on track, we'll send you a reminder when it's time for your next lab draw.
