Learn how to schedule, prepare for, and join your telehealth visit with a Welle clinician to review your lab results.
Before You Schedule
Make sure you have completed:
Your intake form
Your lab tests
Once your results are available, you can schedule your telehealth visit.
How to Schedule Your Visit
Go to the Home screen.
Select Step 4: Virtual consultation.
Choose a date and time for your visit.
Scheduling rules
Visits must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance
Visits can be scheduled up to 14 days ahead
A Welle clinician is automatically assigned based on availability
You’ll receive email confirmations and updates after scheduling.
How to Join Your Telehealth Visit
Open your visit details in the app.
Click Join.
Important
The Join button appears 10 minutes before the visit
Your clinician must join first before you can enter
If your clinician does not appear, contact Welle Support for assistance.
During Your Visit
During your telehealth visit you can:
Speak with your clinician using camera and microphone
Use chat during the visit
Leave the session at any time
Your clinician will review your lab results and discuss recommended next steps.
Managing Your Visit
You can manage your visit directly in the app.
Reschedule
You can reschedule if the visit is in:
Requested
Accepted
Live status
Cancel
You can cancel your visit and schedule a new one at any time.
