What is your refund policy?

Here's a summary of what is and isn't refundable. For full details, please review our Terms & Conditions.


Refundable

On-demand clinician consultations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours receive a full refund minus a $25 service fee.

Damaged or unreceived items

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method for any items that are damaged or not received.

Membership fee

  • Memberships are billed annually. To cancel future renewals, go to My Profile > View Subscription and select Cancel. For refund requests in special circumstances, contact us at support@wellehealth.com or through the Welle Care team.

Non-refundable

Membership-included services

  • Consultations and lab tests covered under your membership are non-refundable.

Prescription products

  • Prescription products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Subscription-based prescriptions can be cancelled at any time, but prior payments are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. Cancellations made within 7 days of renewal will take effect the following period. Manage subscriptions via My Profile > View Subscription.

Personalized nutraceuticals

  • Personalized nutraceutical orders are non-refundable.
