Welle currently supports payments via major credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, and others. Your card information is securely saved for membership subscriptions and renewals, so you never miss a payment.
If you want to update your payment information, please follow these guidelines:
In the app:
- Go to My profile > Payment method.
- Here, you can add a new card, delete an existing one, update your card info, or change your default payment method.
On the website:
- Click on Account in the top-right corner and select Payment method.
- You can do all the same updates here as in the app.
Please note:
The default card is the one used to charge your annually membership fee. If your card is removed, expired, or becomes invalid, your membership will be suspended immediately. If you only have one card, it will automatically be set as your default.
