How do I troubleshoot syncing my health tracker with Welle?

If your health tracker isn't syncing with the Welle app, or the last sync date is not today, work through the following steps:

  1. Check for available software updates on your phone.
  2. Confirm your mobile device is connected to the internet.
  3. Check that your wearable's privacy settings allow all data to be shared with Welle. If data sharing is restricted, the connection may not work properly and a "Reconnect" button will appear in the app.
  4. Make sure the Welle app is up to date  (Need help? Here’s How can I update the app to the latest version?).
  5. Confirm your wearable device is synced with its own companion app.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, contact the Welle Care Team for technical support.
