If your health tracker isn't syncing with the Welle app, or the last sync date is not today, work through the following steps:
- Check for available software updates on your phone.
- Confirm your mobile device is connected to the internet.
- Check that your wearable's privacy settings allow all data to be shared with Welle. If data sharing is restricted, the connection may not work properly and a "Reconnect" button will appear in the app.
- Make sure the Welle app is up to date (Need help? Here’s How can I update the app to the latest version?).
- Confirm your wearable device is synced with its own companion app.
If the issue persists after completing these steps, contact the Welle Care Team for technical support.
