Yes. The app includes several ways to monitor your daily goals and overall health plan.
Home screen Your biological age, BMI, and today's goals are displayed each time you open the app. Today's goals are organized into four time-based categories — Do anytime, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening — swipe to view each one.
Plan tab The Plan tab is your central hub for tracking daily activity across a weekly calendar. At the top, you can toggle between three views:
- Daily goal — your protocols for the day, filterable by All, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Exercise, or Lifestyle. Each protocol shows assigned frequency, health areas targeted, weekly completion progress, and a log button to record completion.
- Meal plan — guidance on what to enjoy and what to limit based on your care plan.
- Programs — a full view of your active programs across five categories: Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Nutrition, Exercise, and Lifestyle.
