Welle offers two ways to join, as part of an organization or as an individual member.
- With an access code: if your membership is provided or discounted by a clinic, coach, trainer, employer, or other partner, enter the access code you received during sign up
- As an individual: if you don't have an access code, you can sign up for an individual membership directly
Before you get started
- You must be 18 years or older to create a Welle account
- During registration you will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and state of residence
- By creating an account you agree to Welle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Ways to create your Welle account
Registering with your email
- Fill out the registration form with your email address
- Check your inbox for an activation email — if you don't see it, check your spam folder
- Click the activation link to activate your account
- You will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication — while this step is optional, we strongly recommend enabling it to protect your personal health data
- Once activated, you can log in using your password or sign in with Gmail
Registering with Gmail
- Tap Continue with Google on the sign up screen
- Select your Google account to continue
- Since Gmail does not share all required information, you will be asked to provide any missing details including your date of birth, phone number, and state of residence
Registering with your Apple account
- Tap Continue with Apple on the sign up screen
- Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password depending on your device settings
- Choose whether you'd like to share your email address with Welle — sharing your email makes it easier to log in via web or Android and allows us to auto-populate your account information
- You may be asked to provide additional details including your date of birth, phone number, and state of residence
