To update your account information, please follow these steps:
In the app:
- Go to My profile > Account info.
- Tap the pencil icon next to the section you want to edit.
- Update your info and save the changes — and you’re all set!
On the website:
- Click on Account in the top-right corner and select Account info.
- Edit the field you want to change and save your updates.
A few things to keep in mind:
You can update the following account details:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- Your residence (excluding the state)
- Your profile photo
- Your phone number
Note: Your email is used to log in to Welle and can’t be changed directly. If you need to update your email or state of residence, please reach out to our Welle Care Team by clicking the Get support button in the chat with our AI Coach.
