How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

In the app:

1. Go to My Profile > Security > Password
2. Tap Change Password
3. Enter your current password, then create a new one - once verified, your new password is active immediately

On the website:

1. Click your Account in the top-right corner and select Security > Password
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password, then choose a new one - once verified, you're ready to log in

Password requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
• Must be different from your current password
