Ways to register for an account with Welle
Registering with your email
To register an account with Welle, you can:
- Fill out the registration form with your existing email address.
- Activation email: Once we receive your request, we’ll send an activation email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- Account activation: After activation, you’ll be prompted to set up 2-factor authentication. While this step is optional, we highly recommend it for added security of your health data.
- Login: Once your account is activated, you can log in using your password or sign in with Gmail.
Alternatively, you can also register using Gmail:
- Click on the "Continue with Google" button.
- Since Gmail does not provide enough information to complete your account, you’ll need to fill in missing details like your date of birth, phone number, & state of residence.
Registering with your Apple account
To register using your Apple account, follow these steps:
- Click "Continue with Apple": This will prompt you to authenticate using your Apple ID.
- Authenticate: Use Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password (depending on your device settings).

Choose your sharing preferences: You’ll be asked if you’d like to share your email address with us.
- Benefits of sharing your email: This allows us to link your account, making it easier to log in via web or Android and auto-populate your information.
- Complete your login: After authentication, you may be asked to provide additional information such as your date of birth, phone number, & state of residence.

- Eligibility: You must be over 18 years old to register an account with Welle.
- Required information: When registering, we will collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and certain transactional information.
