Lab results are available in the app within 7–10 business days of your lab draw.
Notification You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready to view in the app.
Clinical review Once your results are available, you'll be prompted to schedule a telehealth visit with your clinician. During this visit, your clinician will walk you through your results and update your care plan accordingly.
Viewing your results Tap the Results tab and select Biomarkers. Results are organized by health pillar — such as Hormones and Brain Health — making it easy to track specific areas over time. To download a PDF, go to My Profile > Documents.
If your results are taking longer than expected, submit a support ticket and the Welle Care Team will follow up.
