The turnaround time for retest results is the same as your initial lab draw — results will be available in the app within 7–10 business days of your lab draw.
Once your results are ready, you'll receive an app notification. Your clinician will review your updated results at your follow-up visit and adjust your care plan accordingly.
To view your results, tap the Results tab and select Biomarkers. You can also download a PDF of your results via My Profile > Documents.
If your results are taking longer than expected, submit a support ticket and the Welle Care Team will follow up.
