Your Wellescore is based on your health pillar scores. Each pillar — Heart, Brain, Hormone, Immune, Metabolic, Gut, Liver, Kidney, Sleep, Nutrient, Oral, and Oncology — is calculated using a proprietary algorithm that weighs your biomarkers based on their relevance to that specific area of health.
Not all biomarkers carry equal weight. Those that are more predictive or clinically significant for a given pillar have a greater impact on its score. For example, in the Heart pillar, your Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio plays a larger role than Total Cholesterol alone, because the ratio is a stronger indicator of cardiovascular risk.
Your Wellescore is the average of all your pillar scores — a single number that reflects your overall health at a glance and helps you track progress over time.
