Actively working toward a specific goal If you're focused on improving a particular area of your health, we recommend follow-up testing every 90 days so you can track what's changing and make adjustments sooner.
Prefer a lighter cadence If you'd rather check in less frequently, a progress test around the 6-month mark can help confirm what's working and refine your plan.
On-demand retesting You're always welcome to retest specific markers or add new tests at any time based on your goals and your clinician's recommendations.
